*EPSC offers EANA attendees a reduced 1-day registration fee of 35€ if they want to attend as passive participants (without a scientific abstract) on Friday, 21 September 2018, for the Astrobiology sessions at EPSC, Technical University of Berlin. This registration is only possible on-site.

The icebreaker is planned on Monday evening at FU Berlin and is free of charge for all participants.

The dinner will take place on Wednesday evening in the Natural History Museum of Berlin. Tickets are 50€ (25€ for students).
In principle, it is still possible to register for the conference dinner, but we reached the limit of planned dinner participants. We are trying to find a possibility for more participants to join for the dinner. For now we cannot guarantee a seat for new registrations, and will start a waiting list.

Student Post-doc (max 7 years after PhD) No
An early-career scientist is a student (High school/BSc/MSc/PhD) or post-doc within 7 years of their PhD at the time EANA 2018 takes place. Early-career scientists can apply for travel support. Students pay a reduced registration and conference dinner fee and need to show a proof of their status at the EANA 2018 registration desk.

Rules of conduct

Professional and respectful conduct of all attendees is expected.
Bullying, harassment, intimidation or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
