Poster sessions
We will have two poster sessions on Thursday and Friday afternoon. The following participants are asked to set up their poster on Thursday:Mickael Baqué, Elliot Curtis-Harper, Baptiste Journaux, Joachim Meeßen, Philippe Nauny, Samuel Payler, Alexandra Perras, Toby Samuels and Petra Schwendner.
On Friday the following participants are asked to set up their poster:
Bo Byloos, Thomas Gautier, Luke Hecht, Michaela Musilova, Brooke Rothschild-Mancinelli, Lena Noack, Paloma Serrano, Ellen Sirks, Nick Thomas and Cyprien Verseux.
Public outreach event
The outreach event will take place Thursday 9th of October 8pm at The Voodoo Rooms, 19a West Register St, in the center of Edinburgh. The event will be organized together with all AbGradE participants and is open to the public.Download poster (PDF)
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place at the Royal Scots Club and is sponsored by AbGradE. The 2014 symposium will finish with a three-course dinner, some career speeches, live music and some dancing! Every participant is automatically signed up for the dinner.Social events
On Wednesday evening, we will start at 7pm with an ice-breaker event at the conference site (Mayfield Bar in the Kings Buildings House).We will also arrange a day trip in the surroundings of Edinburgh on Saturday or Sunday. Details and costs will be announced during the AbGradE symposium.
